What to Expect

When you come to Park Lane Baptist Church you can expect warm greetings, and a helpful smile. You will receive a visitors folder which you can fill a contact card and learn a little about Park Lane. You will be informed of where Sunday School classes and the nursery is held or welcomed to the 11:00 a.m. worship service. The worship services include singing mostly hymns, prayer, and preaching from the Scriptures. Generally on the first Sunday of the month we have communion during the morning service. Children in 6th grade and younger are invited to attend the Junior Church which is dismissed after the singing in the morning service. No offering plate is passed because an offering box is located in the rear of the sanctuary where tithes can be given. Service usually gets out between noon and 12:15. You will find people wearing everything from jeans and a nice shirt to a couple of people who wear ties and sportscoats.
